A house in Susanj with a great view of the sea and the port of Bar. This house has a large terrace with a large pool and a one-storey house with the possibility of building another floor on top. It is of good quality with large open spaces and large windows. You have parking for 5 cars in front of the house, up a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the house. Inside the house almost everything is finished, only a bathroom and some small parts need to be finished. You have a water reservoir. Everything is in a modern design.
Our rating: Everything is of really good quality and it's a really quiet place. A small minus is that you don't have a garage, you can build a carport in front of the house or maybe it's possible to build a garage. The other point is that the path to the house is not perfect at the moment.
