Plot in Kolasin on the outskirts of the village with relatively flat plots and a small piece of forest. Quite area. 15 minutes by car to the ski center, electricity is not far from the property and the owner said there is water too.
Our rating: It is a nice property if you plan to do something with tourism or to enjoy nature and grow your own vegetables, etc. A small disadvantage from our point of view is that there is a telephone transmission mast on the property boundary, as can be seen in the pictures .
